Harley's Nursery

Well, the nursery is very much on its way to being done (only 8 weeks past the birth). We had so many wonderful people help us make Harley's room so special. Derrick Skelton, our very talented friend, painted the paintings as a gift for our sweet baby girl. He's fabulous. My Dad and Tammie gave us the bedding (custom made), my mom covered the chair for us, and Donna put it all together including painting the room. I love it. It's not so baby girlie, but its so us. I have some things to add. There isn't much shopping getting done around here with three under three. But, all that will come.

We will Rock You

Lawson loves listening to the song We Will Rock You by Queen. He always asked to 'sing' and points to the ipod. So, we were working in the nursery the other day and he sat in this chair listening to it for 20 minutes or so. We were laughing so hard at him.

Milking it for all it's worth!

Jax was sitting on the counter in my bathroom while I was getting ready one morning. I had my straightening iron on and was doing my makeup. He completely knows that it is hot, but he touched it anyway. It made a big blister on his thumb. He laid like this in the floor for an hour and a half while watching The Incredibles! He kept wanting me to blow on it, but since there are two other kids in this house, I set up the fan and it blew on it. He was so precious.
