The BIG day!

Well, what an event it was!  Lauren Murray married Philip Garner on Friday, December 19 in St. Simons.  It was a blast. Wade and I left the kiddos in TX, drove to Birmingham (12 hours) and had dinner with some friends.  Then, we met up with my Dad, Tammie and Alexis.  We slept a few hours, met up with Chrissy and Derrick Skelton and drove the 8 hours to Georgia.  The rehearsal dinner was in a barn and it was perfect. Voices sang and it was such a chill time to be with friends and celebrate with Lauren and Philip.  The wedding was perfect (you can see pics at annaandspencer.blog.com). After the wedding, we drove back to Birmingham.  Then, Wade and I had a chill day in Birmingham.   We met up with more friends.  It was perfect.  Thanks for everyone who helped take care of the kids!

Lauren's Bachelorette Party

We went to "LEGENDS" in Georgia for Lauren's Bachelorette Party.  These aren't the greatest pics, but I had to show a few of our bravest getting up to do some karaoke.  We all laughed SO much! Kara and Lauren were singing "Who's bed have your boots been under".  Chrissy and Morgan sang "R-E-S-P-E-C-T"

Lawson's Birthday Party!

We had Lawson's birthday party on the 16th.  It was crazy because Wade and I were about to leave for Lauren Murray's wedding, Wayne and Donna were heading into town to keep the boys and Christmas was just a week away!  We had so much fun, though.  He was cutting some teeth so he wasn't in the greatest of moods.  He didn't even eat his favorite food...pizza!  He did enjoy the cake below!  He wanted to watch the tv instead of opening his gifts.  The other boys were glad to help him with that. Happy Birthday Lawson.  We wish everyone could have been here to celebrate with us.

Monkey Cake

This is my latest creation!  Lawson's one year birthday theme was monkeys.  It was a family affair in Austin.  But we had a great time.  This cake was SO much easier than Jax's train cake.  It was by no means perfect but I enjoyed it!

HEY!

Camden Grace McBryar

Look at this beauty! Camden Grace was born November 14, 2008. I was so happy to visit Kourtney and Dustin for four days. I got to love on Camden and hopefully help out a little bit. I miss them so much.

Happy Birthday Lawson!

Every time I think of this one growing up, I get a little teary eyed! I can't believe what has happened in our lives in the past year. This little guy has definitely been the highlight, though. Lawson turned one yesterday. We went to the doctor to get his immunizations, but he was diagnosed with a viral infection instead (poor guy). He was still so sweet yesterday. But I opted to post a happier picture of him for this wonderful day. Lawson is an all out crawler now. He says 'dada' and 'ma'. He can raise his hands when we play the who loves you game. Lawson will even put up one finger when you ask how old he is. He loves to clap to the music and love on you. And most of all, he loves to eat! Happy Birthday Lawdawg. We love you!

The Lombard Family

Okay...I know its been forever. But here's a not so good pic of the family. You know how it is, you have kids and you never take everyone's picture anymore. Lawson is always all smiles. Jax on the other hand is happy to hang out but he sure is not going to let you know!

Roll Tide!

These pics were taken the day after Thanksgiving for the BIG Alabama vs. Auburn game. Everyone watched the game at The Self's house. We were too excited about the outcome! We're creating a football team, as you can see!

Serious Meltdown!

I dont' even know what this little meltdown was about...but it was worth showing everyone! Life is fun!
